RETURN POLICY

We do accept returns or exchanges for unused products in original packaging ONLY. Returns will be credited back with the same method of payment. Full refund excludes shipping and handling charges.

Contact us before attempting to return products. When your products arrive, inspect the packaging and the contents for damage and defects. You must notify us within 7 days from date of original sales receipt if product packaging is damaged, illegible, or product itself appears to be damaged or does not function as its intended use.

All returned products are subject to inspection prior to any credit/refund authorization.  A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained before returning products. We cannot accept any returns without prior authorization. To arrange for a return, simply call our Customer Service department.

The following conditions must be complied with any authorized return:

  • All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a reason for the return.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original container, unmarked, and properly packaged
  • Product has not been used or come in contact with any human fluid
  • Product has not been sterilized
  • Returned products must have been purchased within the previous thirty (30) days. No refund or store credit after 30 days. NO EXCEPTION
  • Customer will be responsible for the shipping charges for return items.

Exceptions:

Products which fall in one of the below categories are not returnable:

  • Opened or demo items
  • custom-ordered equipment
  • Special order items (products that we do not ordinarily stock)
  • Personalized and imprinted items
  • Expired products
  • Items that cannot be returned to the manufacturer

ORDER PLACEMENT

G.dentalshop accepts payment for purchases with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, through its secure website or in limited circumstances, with our fax order form. Prices for products, sales tax, shipping, or any other charges will be listed on your sales receipt. Full payment is due before orders are shipped. Sales are final after shipment has left our distribution center. G.dentalshop reserves the right to hold orders until credit card information can be confirmed. A G.dentalshop representative regarding your purchase may contact you.

SHIPPING

Orders placed within the United States are shipped via FedEx or UPS.  Customers are ultimately responsible to ensure that carriers will deliver at the requested time in their areas. Orders placed before 11am EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11am EST may not ship until the next business day. G.dentalshop recognizes holidays throughout the year. Watch our home page for notices regarding company closings due to holidays, as this will affect shipping delivery dates.
